What do I do if I see unauthorised transaction on my account?

If you notice an unauthorised transaction on your account, please call us immediately on 1300 747 747 and select option 4 or send us a message through Secure Mail in Online Banking.

One of our service team members will contact you within 48 hours to investigate. If necessary we will organise for your card to be cancelled and a new card to be sent out to you. We will require information about the transaction to investigate any loss in accordance with the ePayments Code.

Generally, our claims are resolved within 45 days. If the matter is unresolved after 45 days we will provide you with monthly update.
