Mobile devices are fast becoming the preferred option to make transactions and it can be easy to overlook the security of your own device or Online Banking. As always, you should remain vigilant against the possibility of scammers attempting to compromise banking passwords and account details. Never allow third party access (including remote access) to your devices and especially not to your online banking. It doesn't matter how convincing or genuine a third party may appear, if you have concerns about a call you should always hang up, and independently contact the company on their registered telephone number or call us directly for assistance.
