Within the app:
1. Log into the Qudos Bank Mobile App
2. Tap the menu
3. Select ''Card Management''
4. Tap the card you wish to manage
5. Select ''Lock''
Within Online Banking:
6. Log into Online Banking via the Qudos Bank website
7. Select ''services'' in the dropdown menu
8. Select ''Card Management''
9. Here you will see a list of all your cards, select ''Lock''
Once your card is locked, no transactions can be made using the physical card. Recurring payments will not be affected.
