Over the past couple of years, we have identified that our Cue Card product has become less reliable overseas. In addition, the cross-currency fees and EFTPOS functionality, including internet and contactless payments, has become similar to Visa. The Cue Card was discontinued in November 2020.
The Visa Debit Card replaces all Cue Cards and provides the same access to your savings account as before but with more reliability, flexibility, and enhanced security monitoring.
