How do I close an account?

Members can send a request to close an account within their membership via Secure Mail. Simply login to either Online Banking or the Qudos Bank App.

Online Banking

Once you've logged in with your member number and password, select the 'Services' tab and then select Secure Mail.  Create a new message and select 'Account Enquiries/Transfers' then submit your request.

Qudos Bank App

Once you're logged into the app, go to Contact Us in the main menu, then select Secure Mail. Create a new message and select 'Account Enquiries/Transfers' then submit your request.

Alternatively, you can complete the closure of account request form. Once completed, please sign and return the form to:
