Renewal cards are sent out to you two months prior to your card expiry. Your card will not expire until the end of the month printed on your card.
Please note: Australia Post may be experiencing delays to some postal services which may impact the delivery of your card. If you have not received your replacement card by the end of the month that your card expires, please call us.
