How can I authorise, decline and cancel a PayTo agreement?

To authorise a PayTo agreement, go to: View agreement details > Click 'Authorise' > Click 'Yes' > The status will be changed to Active

To decline a new PayTo agreement sent by a business or merchant, go to: View agreement details> Click 'Decline' > Click 'Yes' > The status will be changed to Cancelled

When declining a new PayTo agreement, you may wish to contact the business or merchant to discuss an alternative payment method.

To cancel a PayTo agreement, go to: View agreement details > Click 'Decline' > Click 'Yes' > The status will be changed to Cancelled

Please note that:

  • Cancelling a PayTo agreement doesn't change your contractual arrangements with the business or merchant. There may be fees or charges if the payment is cancelled. You're encouraged to check the terms or contact the business or merchant directly.
  • The cancellation can't be undone. To start using the PayTo agreement again, you will need to contact the business or merchant directly so that they can reinstate the original arrangement or organise a new one
